Hilary has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork for five years. She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, shiatsu, and also has experience in a number of other modalities. Most recently Hilary has completed a 300 hour training in aquatic bodywork therapy.
Hilary has experience in sports massage, working with NAU athletic teams, as well as rehabilitation massage working with physical, occupational, speech therapists, and chiropractors. Hilary also has experience in oncology massage and medical massage therapy through her work with Flagstaff Medical Center.
She is also a certified yoga instructor and enjoys practicing yoga each morning.
